There are so many weight loss challenges that you could certainly try. Since you are here reading this, you probably have tried at least one other weight loss challenge. If you haven’t that is great as well. This is the weight loss challenge that you need. It is one that you shouldn’t turn down by any means. This is a challenge that you only need to follow for 7 days. If you enjoy it and like the results, you can keep going with it for longer.

The First Day

When you start off this challenge on the first day, you will need to need to eat and drink certain things. You should make sure you follow through with this plan if you want the results you are looking for. You should start with one cup of lemon water. This should be warm. Then you will have one cup of healthy cereal and add in one orange too. For lunch, you can eat a small salad with a piece of chicken cut up in it. For your afternoon snack, you should eat hummus and vegetables. For dinner, you should have half a cup of brown rice, add one cup chili beans on top of it and a side of one cup tomato soup.

The Second Day

For the second day of this challenge, you will have more healthy things to follow through with. You will start your day off with one cup green tea but make sure you aren’t adding sugar. For breakfast, you should be having one cup vegetable oats along with one banana. For lunch, you should have, one little bowl chicken fried rice. Make sure you are using brown rice for this. For an afternoon snack, you should be having one granola bar. For dinner, you should have one piece of salmon with boiled potatoes and once cup romaine salad.

The Third Day

For the third day of this challenge, you will continue the healthy eating. You will begin the day off with 8 ounces of water with added honey and lemon. You will have one cup healthy cereal and one cup orange juice for breakfast. For lunch, you will eat a healthy wrap and a small side salad with healthy dressing. For an afternoon snacks, you can eat a healthy wrap and a small serving of Greek yogurt. For dinner, you are going to eat a whole-wheat pita with vegetables and a small slice of meat on it. You can have some chicken soup as well.

The Fourth Day

For the fourth day of this challenge, you will keep going with eating right. You will start your day off with once cup black tea. For breakfast, you can have a vegetable omelet, one piece of whole-wheat bread topped with healthy jam and half a cup blueberries. For lunch, you will be eating healthy chili. For your afternoon snack, you should have a healthy muffin and a little kiwi. For dinner, you should be eating a healthy crockpot meal and a small salad.

The Fifth Day

For the fifth day of this challenge, you should have more healthy eating. Don’t worry because you are almost done. You will start your day off with methi water. Your breakfast will consist of one cup quinoa and one cup skimmed milk. Your lunch will consist of herb chicken and a side of vegetables. Your afternoon snack will consist of a side salad and a healthy smoothie. Your dinner will consist of a side salad with low-fat dressing and a healthy soup.

The Sixth Day

For the sixth day of this challenge, you should keep up the great work. You will begin your day with one cup lemon water. Your breakfast will include oatmeal bread and scrambled eggs. For lunch, you will have a small bowl of healthy soup and a piece of whole-wheat bread. For your afternoon snack, you will have a small piece of melon. With your dinner, you will have a piece of chicken breast and fried rice with vegetables in it.

The Seventh Day

For the seventh and final day of this challenge, you are going to complete it on a great note. You will start your day off with one cup lemon water and you should add a small bit of honey to that as well. Your breakfast will include a sweet corn omelet. Your lunch will include a side salad and one cup potato soup. Your after-lunch snack will include a side salad and half a cup of green tea. Your dinner will include chicken curry and a piece of whole-wheat bread.
