You will keep your back at the same angle while raising both arms out to the sides level with your shoulders. You will do 10 to 15 reps with 4 to 6 sets a day.
You can also do cable flys. This is when you have to stretchable cables tied to a wall or door. You will be standing straight up with the cables on each of your hands. Then you are going to pull the cables in towards your abs as hard as you can. You can change the tension on the cables by moving your body closer or further apart from where they are attached. You should do 10 to 15 reps of these for 4 to 6 sets every day.
